John Sweeden is a Tucson born Realtor/Musician/Artist.

I have worn many hats in this city, I have made many life long friends and team members. I come from a long background in home construction and design work. Having worked in Solar, Steel fabrication and just about every other aspect of the home building process, I come with an experience level that can only be achieved over time in the industry. I also strive to bring my community together with music and art. I host a monthly free event in our office 641 N 10th Ave 85711, 6-9 pm every third Friday of the month it is called Habitation Speakeasy. Open to the community and free, this monthly event is only to support live music and feature a visual artist. Our office is in the historic Dunbar Spring neighborhood.
